Member of a team that managed day to day support for up to 160 HP infrastructure, file Server, print Server and antivirus server types with attached storage. Main support for 23 software titles and secondary for 23, Third support line for 2 software titles. Perform as project lead when necessary and run reports for license true ups. Responsible for Installing and Maintaining ESX Servers, VMware Virtual Center and HP Insight Manager for the Wintel team as well as work on patching and upgrading of both OS and hardware as needed.

Member of a three person team that managed and diagnosed Daily backup process for 40 terabytes of data from over 360 servers, utilizing Backup Express and Maestro for the scheduling of backups.

Duties included the responsibility for day to day third level issues as well as co-creation of the standard desktop and laptop images used at OXHP. All Hardware and software used at OXHP was tested in the Desktop Engineering Lab for compatibility prior to being approved for use. The department also acted as senior technical leads for all projects that affected the Operating environment.
