Architect, manage, schedule & implement the migration solution from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010, including co-existence between platforms in a cross forest environment for 90,000+ accounts.

Initially, I was retained to architect an MS Exchange 2010 private cloud deployment with 3,000 accounts from Lotus Notes. Whilst successfully advancing the project, my role was expanded to include design architecture and subsequent administration of SAN storage, ESX & cool storage systems.

Successful and smooth outsourced Exchange 2003 migrated to separate Exchange 2007 external provider, including configuration/administration/operational documentation, scheduled handover to client, and of course, migration data correctional measures and data integrity checks & analyses.
