Stephen acted as the central reference point and information source, bridging the gap between senior stakeholders, requirements providers and the e-commerce design team.

Stephen also designed the data migration process for the data audit, data mapping and physical migration of content, and coordinated 3 migration operatives creating, managing and reporting on daily task schedules.Stephen collaborated with user experience experts to design the new portal structure and navigation using card sorting techniques. He coordinated and managed 12 business content owners to map existing content to the new information architecture, introducing an agile methodology for the UK configuration and data migration project. This agile approach was adopted by the Global Programme as best practice and rolled out to other Aviva change teams across the globe. The successful audit of legacy content resulted in a 90% reduction of pages to be migrated from 12,000 to 1,200.
