About Stephen Donato

Currently launching my flagship invention the Dumbbell Safety Rack setting new standards for safety, social distancing and ergogenics for gyms. Simply a much better way to workout with dumbbells. Prior to becoming the Director of Marketing, Stephen was Director of Marketing and an Executive Recruiter for Just In Time Staffing. He was responsible for new business development in several of the company’s geographic markets as well as managing the regional teams to ensure their continued professional growth in their local business communities. Stephen brings with him a wide range of experience and passions to this position. In a previous career, he was a Chef & Restaurant Manager for several high-end Restaurants in the Fort Myers & Sanibel Island regions. Building on his leadership strengths, Stephen was a part of the Opening Team for the first corporate location of Carrabba’s in Florida. In addition to his culinary passion & leadership, Stephan was the Marketing Director for a Golf Manufacturer in Fort Myers and has had his hand in several entrepreneurial projects over the years.
