Court Appointed Receiver in state and federal court:With approximately twenty five years of experience as a court appointed receiver, I have administered in excess of 900 receivership and partition referee matters in both state/federal courts in throughout the country. I have also been appointed as provisional director, provisional member, dissolution manager and probate administrator. Specialties: Receivership matters including real estate (Rents & Profits) office, industrial, apartments, retail, self storage, construction completion; judgment enforcement including international recovery of funds and fraudulent transfer actions, accounts receivable financing, business/partnership cases, gas stations, restaurants assisted living, SEC government enforcement, FTC government enforcement, intellectual property, partition referee, probate/trusts, dissolution agent, apparel and many other types of cases. I am Past President of the Los Angeles/Orange County chapter of the California Receiver's Forum and Past President of the National Association of Federal Equity Receivers. I am also an expert witness. I provide expert witness services in the areas of Property Management Standard of Care and Receivership Standard of Care and am President of Donell Expert Services, Inc.. I am President of Jalmar Properties, Inc., a full-service real estate management company.
