In a nutshell, I manage course, program, and institutional assessments with the goal of continuous improvement. My duties include reviewing assessment reports, setting up course evaluations, producing the annual Institutional Effectiveness Dashboard, chairing the Assessment Committee, analyzing and publishing various data, evaluating program reviews, and other assessment-related tasks.

Springfield, Missouri Area

My responsibilities include preparing service schedules, coordinating special music, and leading congregational singing. Though this part-time position began just a few years ago, I served as a full-time business manager for this church from 1996 to 2001. My duties back then included overseeing payroll, managing accounts payable, and preparing budgets. One other role I have enjoyed at BT is that of teacher. I served as an adult class Bible teacher from 1994 to 2019.

I began my time at BBC as a part-time instructor in Public Speaking. Then in 2001, I became a full-time member of the faculty. In addition to teaching at the college, I directed BBC's touring drama team from 2001 to 2008. Our performances took us to Colorado, Michigan, Texas, Florida, and many places in between.
