I work on the full spectrum of AML services including developing Risk Assessments, Programmes, customised Customer Due Diligence, reviews, audit and responding to Supervisor actions.My leadership development practice at PwC focuses on developing authentic leaders. I design and facilitate leadership workshops which might be an hour or two or tailored days for leadership teams. I am accredited in psychometric instruments - MBTI, Saville Wave & 360s. I developed the Authentic Leadership Programme which I regularly update to keep it contemporary and to meet client's needs.I maintain a leadership blog at www.stephendrain.com.
