Responsible for creating and cultivating the business processes and systems of New Covenant Trust Company, for the purpose of fostering continued growth in new business, assets under management, revenue, client satisfaction and retention, and employee satisfaction and retention. Additionally serve as Trust Officer, providing administration, compliance, and audit functions, for two Collective Investment Trusts; and oversight for the fiduciary tax reporting and preparation of about 600 other trusts of various kinds.

Deacon and staff position charged to initiate, influence, and implement vision and strategy for the international missions ministry (primarily) of the local church in Southern Indiana and (secondarily) in 5 Greater Louisville sister churches.• Serve as primary point of contact and local advocate for missionary families living abroad. Ensure their physical, mental, and spiritual needs are being met. Procure their transportation, housing, supplies, and spiritual counseling as needed, across a range of geographic and ethnographic settings.• Construct and organize short-term trips to, and events in, international locations to advance the mission and ministry of the church’s long-term missionaries. Recruit, vet, train, and supervise teams of volunteers to accomplish this goal. (Events have ranged in scope from an 8-person spiritual care and counseling retreat to a 1300-attendee business development conference.)• Collaborate in strategic planning with the Missions Directors of 5 other Louisville area churches on a quarterly basis.
