In the beginning of 2019 I was converted from a consultant to an FTE. My role has changed to serving as a program manager, budget coordinator and liaison to our internal LoBs for the Corporate Cloud Platform team. I have also been heavily involved in the switch of Network Managed Service providers from Schweickert to Accenture and I will continue to play an active role in managing this relationship for the SAP platform.

I have been hired to serve as a Senior Project Manager and assist them with their global data center build out projects. I am currently managing 3 new, large scale data center build projects (focused on the network implementation) in the United States. With data centers located around the world, SAP is very well positioned to spin up new high tech, and high power, cloud computing capabilities.

Managing the SaaS Systems Implementation and Support Teams (located in Bethlehem, PA and Chico, CA) for the SunGard K-12 business. Responsible for installing and supporting the systems used by SunGard K-12 clients who have elected to run their SunGard applications in our data center in Bethlehem PA. Served as Sr. Project Manager for major project of migrating our Chico, CA based hosted users to our Bethlehem, PA data center. Serve as the escalation point for SaaS/ASP customer base. Responsible for building and maintaining business relationships with both our customer base and the SunGard Management Team. In addition to managing staff, serve as PM for as many as 30 different customer installations or upgrades happening at the same time. Projects include new installations, migrations and/or upgrades for the eFinance, eSchool, IEP and BusinessPLUS software packages offered by SunGard.

Founder of LVITPN. The purpose of this organization is to connect various Lehigh Valley area based IT professionals with diverse areas of expertise. The intent is to provide a forum for professionals to raise questions and get answers from IT experts in the group. Also, the members of the group will monitor IT job openings at their respective employers and be willing to share those openings with the group.

Managed staff of 31 FTE's and 5 consultants. Full responsibility for $4M annual budget. Group level CIO responsible for all aspects of technology used by Retirement Solutions. Served as IT management lead for the internal merger of Guardian's Defined Contribution and Individual Annuity lines of business.
