As Tech Advisor or Chief of Staff for Japan's country manager, the role was responsible for advising C-suite executives (VPD level) on leveraging technology and automation to solve Retail business and customer-facing opportunities (in the pillars of selection, pricing, and convenience), including inception, planning, triage, and delivery of technical roadmap to fulfill the company’s revenue and strategic goals.

Seller Support is the worldwide customer service (18 sites across the globe) for Amazon Sellers. Managed the Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Department of the Apple Online Store in Japan. This department includes Online Store Web Publishing, Marketing & Communications Web Producing, Cross-Site Localization and Translation, and Quality Assurance. Responsible for managing the implementation of new business processes, website features including launch of customer reviews and new product launches, key marketing programs (spearheaded Search Engine Optimization for worldwide online stores) and related activities in support of the Apple Online Store. Interacts with Worldwide online store team (Engineering, Order Management, Operations, Finance, Sales Operations, IS&T/SAP) to ensure alignment to division objectives and priorities, and launch consistent feature implementations on a local level.
