CurrentMonitoring shipment of incoming containers and receipt of shipping documents to prepare complete documentation.Conducting documentation review to ensure documents provided by supplier are accurate & linked to the products.Preparation of cover sheets for consignments and submission of the same to the customer.Inspection of the food safety and quality parameters of the product received against the UNRS and evaluating the discrepancies with the UNRS.Raising of Food NCR whenever NCs occur.Preparation of the Stock Compliance Report.Preparation of the list of "On Hold" items including details of the reasons thereof and thereafter compiling a list of disposed food items in a disposal log ensuring that traceability of disposed items is maintained.Coordinating laboratory testing in relation to food safety & quality criteria of the product received and / or produced and verification of the laboratory’s narrative.Ensuring the food safety and quality of the bakery products by ensuring the flour supplied to the bakery has been shipped accompanied by a COA for aflatoxin test.Execution of audit at local food supplier’s premises and supporting the local food suppliers in continuous improvement.Monitoring the implementation of the FSMS, reporting any non- conformities and suggesting improvements needed.Supporting in the internal and 3rd party body auditors during the periodical audits.Supervising cleaning programs for the various sections of the food warehouse and ensuring that the activity log is maintained.Supervising the Pest Control program for the entire facility and ensuring that the activity log is maintained.Monitoring personal hygiene, health status and medical screening of food handler and ensuring that the activity log is maintainedConducting food safety training programs for food handlers and maintain adequate records.Monitoring the quality of potable water including periodical laboratory tests and ensuring that the activity log is maintained.
