I am the Director- Risk Management, Occupational Health & Safety + Environmental, and Quality (Performance Excellence) for Amentum-PAE, a leading provider of enduring support for the essential missions of the U.S. government, its allied partners and international organizations. This program included large scale, complex aviation, cargo, DBA, marine, medical professional, property, cyber, travel safety/security and D&O programs with a TCOR exceeding $65M. -Directly manage the internal claims team and partner with legal for litigation/complex claims.-Maintain deep relationships in the broker and carrier/underwriting community (currently serving on the DBA advisory board for Starr Indemnity)-Actively perform contract and operations risk reviews; advise C-Suite on risk related concerns-Manage Actuarial reporting and self-insured reserve activities in accordance with SOX controls.-Lead on Risk Management for Merger & Acquisition activities.-Managing a diverse Surety Program, with an emphasis on Global Construction and Contracting-Deployed and manage a Risk Management Information System (Riskonnect) that enables the enterprise to digitize risk & safety workflows, identify risks & opportunities for improvement, increase transparency, and provide near-real time reporting/performance measures.

Served as the senior task order program/operations manager for the Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL), funded law enforcement development and stabilization programs corrections and security portfolio. This included the Corrections Sector Support Program (CSSP), the Justice Center Assistance Team in Afghanistan (JCAT), Bridge Afghan Security (BAS) Contract, and Mexico Criminal Justice Support Program (CJPS). Duties included:- Supervision of both US and OCONUS staff which includes American, FN, and local staff. These staff include the full range of Rule of Law practitioners, security providers, professional support staff, and monitoring and evaluation staff. - Financial Performance Responsibility for the entire program, including Profit/Loss Responsibility.
