I am the General Manager of the Recreation Centers of Sun City West and retired city manager and with more than 35 years of leadership experience.My core competencies include executive leadership, relationship management, team building, community development, negotiations, problem solving, and program evaluation. I have a Master of Public Administration degree from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Ottawa University. I am passionate about fostering effective and collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders, creating innovative and inclusive solutions, and leading growth and transformation. I have received multiple awards for excellence in leadership and public service, such as the Charles A. Esser Memorial Scholarship and the Rachel Hut Bremen Associate’s Award.
