I worked in the architecture department on the project team for a national fast food chain. My primary responsibility was to assist in the production of permit documents for new and remodeled restaurants. This included field measuring and photo documenting existing stores for as-built conditions and for ADA compliance, and then using that information to produce the permit documents in accordance with the current corporate branding prototype.

Provide CAD drafting services on a contract basis for multiple clients by producing permit ready architectural construction documents. This includes research of, and compliance with, jurisdictional building codes. As well as adapting to, and/or developing the CAD standards of my clients.

Produce permit ready construction documents from design sketches and red-lined drawings, including code research and consultant drawing coordination.Work with the jurisdictional building departments and project consultants to address plan review comments.Work with contractors to address questions and field issues through the construction administration process.Maintain corporately established CAD standards for the office.
