This office was open for five years until Nov 2019.Leffler Architects Beijing Pty Ltd had an active presence in the Liaoning Province of Northern China, with four significant Architectural and Interior Design commissions recently completed.Previous Chinese projects include; Designing and Documenting two new IKEA stores, one in Zhengzhou and Qingdao.

City of Melbourne Trade Mission to China February 2016.I would like to thank the City of Melbourne for allowing us to participate as Delegates on the Trade Mission to China.We found the whole Trade Mission to be, not only be extremely enjoyable, but highly successful for our Business in so many ways.The Business matching sessions set up by the City of Melbourne, in both Beijing and Tianjin were very much aligned with our Business and I believe we made some great contacts for the future. I would very much like to thank the Lord Mayor of Melbourne Mr Robert Doyle, Councillor Louey, Councillor Leppert, CEO of The City of Melbourne Ben Rimmer , Jane Sharwood, Frances Fu and Shane McIlroy for their ongoing support in networking contacts and assistance with the Mission.I would like to especially thank both Dr Chaoyi Wei and Bonnie Shao of The City of Melbourne Tianjin Office, for their continuing support of our company, many times over the last three years. Their efforts are so greatly appreciated and on this particular Mission, managed to find new businesses for us to meet. We know that it takes time to build up relationships in China and without the support of the City of Melbourne; we would really struggle, as a medium sized Company, to make this happen.
