Hi, my name’s Stephen Everett, I’ve been in Life Insurance for 43 years.In 1977 my first task as a young employee was to deliver a claim cheque to Mrs Baxter, whose husband had died in a mining accident in Port Augusta. (no EFT in 1977). I met Mrs Baxter, her three young children and her sister on a hot Adelaide afternoon at their house in the northern suburbs.
