After assuming the position of Executive Director, implemented 'best practices' to ensure a safe, drug and alcohol free operation in the Sister Mary O'Donnell Emergency Homeless Shelter and the Transitional Housing component of the organization. The Shelter is a 43-bed facility and is the only Homeless Shelter for families and the general public in Aroostook County, Maine with a population of over 72,000. Transitional Housing provides 15 low-income rental units for families with children. While managing a staff of 10, performs the duties of Executive Director, Human Resources, Fund Raising / Development, Public Relations, and IT Support, with supervision involvement in all other facets of the non-profit organization.
