Stephen J. Ferrandi, President, Broker of Record, Director of Land Brokerage ,For nearly twenty years, I have been actively representing landowners - farmers, investors, lenders, developers and others - when the choose to sell their land, lots or subdivisions. Through my real estate brokerages - Maryland Land Real Estate Advisors and Delaware Land Real Estate Advisors, I am proud to state that our land brokerage is the most respected land brokerage firm in the mid-Atlantic. To date, I have brokered land transitions with value in excess of $400 million dollars. I hold a Masters in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University where I have been an instructor in the Graduate School of Real Estate. I am the chapter president of Realtor’s Land Institute for Maryland. I am a member of the National Associate of Home Builders, The National Association of Realtors and the Nature Conservancy, among others.
