This medical management company grew to a network of five medical clinics for physical and occupational rehabilitation, established and funded with private placements and succeeded with a marketing plan of organized orthopaedic physician groups referring patients. In 1990, MedGroup made a strategic acquisition of a similar company in Chicago with additional clinics and hospital contracts in Arizona; Located in multi-state locations with over 20 million in annual sales, MedGroup completed a successful IPO trading on NASDAQ.

Responsible for the financial framework, structure and marketing to successfully sell tax-advantage leases of high tech medical equipment. The attainment of over 700 franchises nationwide attracted such attention, that the benefits were featured in the Wall Street Journal.
