I am an experienced senior solicitor with a background in litigation and law firm management who retrained in 2016 to specialise in Private Client work. In December 2019 I joined the large Private Client team of Heringtons LLP, who have offices in Bexhill, Rye, Hastings, Eastbourne and Battle.I am based in Bexhill undertaking a full range of Private Client work which includes elderly client issues, estate and succession planning, drafting Wills,probate and the administration of estates, trusts and applications for Lasting Powers of Attorney.I am a full solicitor member of Lifetime Lawyers. Prior to that I was a consultant solicitor in the Tax Trusts and Estates team at Bishop and Sewell , London from August 2017 to December 2018. I was Managing Partner of niche litigation firm Fisher Meredith in London from 1997 to 2017, prior to the merger with Bishop and Sewell. My role as managing partner at Fisher Meredith included strategic, financial and operational management as well as compliance, training and regulatory issues .Before becoming managing partner I headed up the criminal litigation,human rights and fraud team and was recognised for over ten years as a "Leader in the Field" in "Chambers and Partners" and the "Legal 500" law firm directories.I also won the 360 Legal award of "Managing Partner of the Year" in 2012.I have an MBA in Law Firm Management and wide ranging knowledge and expertise having held senior positions for law firms for over 40 years across a range of legal disciplines.
