With over 18 years of experience in the IT space, I am a seasoned and dedicated Information Technology Project Manager who loves technology and people. I have successfully led multiple large-scale, domestic and international information technology systems infrastructure and implementation projects for various industries, including hospitality and dairy.Currently, I am managing the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365, for the Michigan Milk Producers Association (MMPA), the region's leading dairy farmer cooperative. This platform is being utilized by the co-op's manufacturing employees and corporate staff throughout the footprint of the co-op’s three manufacturing plants, warehousing facilities and corporate office. I am responsible for all aspects of the project plan, including tasks, milestones, phases, financial analysis, projections, and reporting. I also work with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and resources to ensure the project meets the co-op's needs and expectations.
