As manager I have total responsibility for my division, 1. Managing a team of four. 2. Profit and loss responsibility. 3. Training and development. 4. Writing of ads. 5. Setting of budgets. 6. Winning of new accounts. We specialised in permanent recruitment within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry for sales and marketing personnel.Key accounts included Seton, Smith and Nephew, Drager and Sims Portex.I have successfully organised four exhibitionsI have recently placed the highest fee ever for medical personnel (12k) I have doubled the turnover since joining. I have won a number of client paid advertising campaigns.Also I held the position of Director in the Opera Holdings Group where I was involved in helping the group as a whole.

My role here was to help set up the commercial division of Howard Jackson associates from scratch concentrating on the computer industry. I helped them get through their most difficult months to ensure they stayed afloat. My contribution was to produce 70% of the company's turnover in their first year of trading.
