Excited for the PreSonus team, now part of Fender, after the merger was completed December 1. It will be fun to see how the brand evolves and continues to grow. The very loyal customer base plus legions of new customers and fans have enabled the fantastic growth achieved over the past few years, and I am very grateful for that support. I am also very proud to have led a diverse team who had to respond to significant changes that were necessary when I took over as CEO, They rose to the challenge, and helped to deliver on the new vision that would see the company grow top line revenue and significantly improve profitability. Its a bittersweet time for me personally, because I will miss the daily interaction with some great colleagues, including dealers and distributors worldwide, but professionally, I am confident that the merger will add tremendous depth of talent, experience and resources to the existing team which in turn will spawn great new products and services in both hardware and software,
