PUBLIC SAFETY LIAISON Stephen started in Event & Crowd Management in 1976, working a variety of venues throughout the Southern California area. In 1984, he joined the City of Huntington Beach Police Department. During his tenure with Huntington Beach Police Department, Stephen adapted to a number of various roles and assignments He is also a FBI trained Crisis and Hostage Negotiator. After retirement he became a Faculty Member and Assistant football Coach at Orange Coast College where he taught in the Exercise Science / Kinesiology Department. As a Public Safety Liaison, Stephen brings his unique talents and experience to Staff Pro to provide clients, guests, team members, and various local, state, and federal agencies with perspective, input, and consultation on various large-scale projects. Stephen works closely with various law enforcement and safety/security organizations to ensure that Staff Pro is providing and exceeding the expectations set by, not only the client, but also law enforcement and safety/security organizations across the nation. Additionally, Stephen works closely with Staff Pro’s Training and Development Department and Field Operations department in order to ensure that Staff Pro team members are sufficiently equipped to handle a variety of safety and security related issues in a professional, legal, and efficient manner.
