• Responsible for product selection and assortment decisions.• Complete ownership of product lifecycle management from initial forecasting to EOL disposition• Develop, negotiate and implement accrual programs and placement commitments with key partners• Write/design planograms for all divisions• Responsible for setting product pricing through margin analysis and competitive market research• Drive sales through price, positioning, sales analysis and select promotions. • Develop and grow productive relationships with key business partners, including external vendor representatives, store operations and merchandising, fulfillment and logistics, online store merchants, store managers, supervisors and associates, and in-store merchandising specialists.
