Steve began his new career on January 5, 2015. Steve is responsible for the NY Metro region and international sales and client relationships.Steve worked 28 years for ISO/Verisk Analytics before joining The Institutes. Before leaving ISO/Verisk, Steve was directing the Learning and Development operations. He was responsible for L&D’s learning strategy and the implementation of all programs. As an successful internal organizational development consultant, he worked closely with senior management to assess their business needs and develop programs to support their short and long-term business objectives. He has also established one of the premier insurance education student programs for his organization in the industry.Steve is a polished speaker and has presented at local and national events for various industry organizations. Steve is an active member of the Society of Insurance Trainers & Educators (SITE) and has held numerous Board positions including President. Steve is an active member of the NYC CPCU Society's Board of Directors. Steve holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from SUNY Plattsburgh, NY. He has extensive knowledge of property/casualty insurance operations and has completed numerous insurance industry designation programs offered by The Institutes. He holds the Leadership Architect® 101 Certification and Voices® 360 Coaching Certification sponsored by Lominger International.
