I am a licensed attorney in New Hampshire. I founded Baker Law Office, PLLC in March of 2016. My primary focuses in the law include estate planning, elder law, business transactions, corporate representation, and litigation. Prior to founding my own practice, I was an associate attorney at Laboe & Tasker, PLLC in Concord, NH for almost 2 years. I graduated as a Daniel Webster Scholar at UNH School of Law in Concord, NH. My experience includes a legal residency at Rath, Young, and Pignatelli, P.C., and a judicial internship for the Honorable Robert J. Lynn of the New Hampshire Supreme Court. As a Webster Scholar, I have written and argued a motion for summary judgment in federal court, prepared and written requests for admissions, requests for production of documents, interrogatories, and a complaint. I have represented clients for simulated mediations, arbitrations, and negotiations. My experience also includes drafting operating agreements.
