Harbour Radio is Great Yarmouth's only FM radio station. Working with the Harbour Team my role was to create their USP. I help to maintain their ongoing marketing strategy, whilst ensuring that their advertising keeps their brand in the minds of both listeners and the business community within the Great Yarmouth Borough.

Worked in our family owned amusement centre on Great Yarmouth's 'Golden Mile' in a range of positions during the later heydays of the seaside summer seasons. It was here that I developed a lifelong passion for 'showmanship' and marketing and the roles they play in keeping a business successful.Working in such a relaxed and stress-free environment helped me learn an important lesson - that being at ease with life's pressures makes everything work better. I had great tutors from within my family, whose Romany travelling fairground heritage went back over 200 years, (To paraphrase Jack Trout's book - "a gypsy's wisdom").It was this diversity that helped shape my business perceptions and where I discovered the true nature of how marketing and customer relationship building always enhances business revenues.
