The B'nai Zion Foundation: Supporting Humanitarian Projects in Israel Since 1908. Five major projects assure social services to all, without judgement of religious or political beliefs. As Director of Strategy and Development, my job provided education about what we do and raised funds to help Israelis in need.

• Directed the marketing and sales of a list of more than 1,000 titles and audio recordings to congregations, organizations, and retailers throughout North America. Led a team of customer service and education specialists in serving the needs of clients. Negotiated conflicts with vendors and escalated issues with major customers, establishing a strong reputation for developing fair and mutually beneficial solutions.• Drove sales through forging relationships with key decision makers at 900+ congregations. Reached out to customers to assess congregations’ needs and introduce new products. Created promotions to support customers in marketing products via congregation websites.• Managed 12+ industry conferences yearly and at the organization convention, which drew more than 5,000 attendees. Negotiated strategic alliances with major retailers and collaborated with couriers to provide a seamless consumer online shopping experience.
