My practice is based out of Wilmington, Delaware, but I assist clients in bankruptcy cases and distressed situations across the country. I have more than two decades of experience as debtors’ counsel in all types and sizes of bankruptcy cases. For just as long, I have maintained a “party in interest” practice, representing various types of creditors, buyers, trustees, litigants, and other parties in interest in and out of the bankruptcy process. I work with companies of all sizes, from start-ups to Fortune 500s, assisting with risk management, claim and recovery maximization, business relationships, asset protection, asset purchases, and litigation, including preference and fraudulent conveyance actions. I am experienced in a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, CPG, energy, transportation, technology, construction, and government contracting.
