ECONOMIC PUBLIC SECTOR PROGRAM - Port Moresby, Papua New GuineaResponsible for supporting the Department of Personnel Management and its stakeholder partners in successfully implementing the Alesco HR Module function within the GoPNG integrated HR payroll system Program.Roll out the Alesco HR module to the health sector as a pilot, making critical HR data and processes available to senior management and HR managers in hospitals. Responsible for working with DPM and stakeholder partner staff to review and update core HR processes to ensure these accurately reflect the needs of devolution, the GoPNG General Orders and the updated HR environment resulting from the HR COnNECT program.

I worked with Ascender HCM (formerly Talent2) from 2002 to 2012 with short interruptions in 2005/06 and 2008.During this time I lead or was involved in HRMS implementations in Australia (Dept of Housing & Works - 1400 employees), Papua New Guinea (PNG Government - 80,000 employees), New Zealand (University of Otago – 10,000 employees and New Zealand Post – 10,000 employees), Singapore (Crimson Logic – 1000 employees).I also undertook numerous consulting assignments including HRMS implementations, upgrades and system reviews in Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Responsible for managing a team in the design and build of award and employment conditions into the Oracle eBusiness Suite HRMS application.

Based in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea and responsible for developing a range of Oracle reports from the Talent2 Alesco HRMS to assist the Papua New Guinea Government in budgetary management, fraud reduction, auditing capability and payroll checking. Additionally responsible for capacity building within the PNG Department of Personnel Management.

Responsible for the day to day operation of the Alesco HRMS at the department. Annual payroll in excess of $250,000,000 snd 5,500 employees.Responsible for all system upgrades during this time.
