    Launched, managed, and transitioned 19 discoveries and feasibility studies over an eight month period. We used small standing teams of Delivery Lead, Business Analyst, and User Researcher augmented by data and technical specialists where necessary. The teams rolled on from one discovery to the next with each taking around eight weeks.Additionally, I took ownership of an emergency situation which arose from an environmental crisis and inspired a large, varied, and talented stakeholder group to work collaboratively to meet an extremely tight deadline. We used an agile delivery process with a waterfall plan for incidental stakeholder actions and we succeeded in creating the live, minimum viable product, of a public-facing service in twenty five working days.
