Implemented and managed fundraising database for rapidly growing national nonprofit. Designed customer experience, providing training and support to users as the fundraising department grew from 2 to 15 people. Led virtual group training sessions. Developed organizational website, social media and email marketing. Managed interface between fundraising and accounting software.

Started a bakery from scratch with a mission to serve fresh bread to a neighborhood and create community. Built relationships with key community groups and businesses, including 3 wholesale clients. Trained 5 high school and college interns in baking, marketing, and customer service. Developed responsive eCommerce website, weekly email list and highly engaging social media presence.

Trained high school students to successfully take the SAT.

Organized annual leadership retreat for 10-15 freshmen residents with faculty mentor. Led staff development workshop to identify individual strengths and weaknesses. Proposed, budgeted, and obtained funding for 4 community development programs each month.
