About Stephen Grange

At Kanal 75 I have led projects to replace Live and VOD platforms for ATG, both having extremely positive business cases. Prior to Kanal 75 I had been working on a variety of Premium OTT Video services. Including HBO Nordic, Film2Home (Plejmo), BeIn Sports, and another live sports service. My projects have leveraged internal teams, vendors or agencies to manage the delivery of the solutions. These solutions include Video Management Systems, Live encoding platforms, VOD encoding platforms, content delivery networks, commercial TV apps on IOS, Android, connected TV's and Xbox.I have good experience in negotiating the scope, pricing, legal agreements and SLA’s with partners selected. Some recent achievements include;Migrating a VOD delivery system to Comcast/Akamai (in excess of 1 million video clips)Implemented an Elemental Live encoding platform and origin servers supporting 16-32 Live channels.Setup a proof of concept for Apple Low Latency HLS streaming.Living in Stockholm.
