Following the acquisition of Potential Realisation Limited by Britishvolt I became the Process Engineering Director, which transitioned to Manufacturing Engineering Director where I was responsible for running a team of over 20 Engineering Project Managers and PMO Support staff. I had the responsibility to deliver the complete end to end manufacturing equipment for an R & D Centre, a Global Pilot Plant and also the main Gigaplant in the UK through this team and I also developed a strategy to be able to controllably grow this team to facilitate delivery of the process equipment for future Gigaplants in other locations around the globe.
