As a CCA I’m responsible for efficiently preparing daily mail and parcels for various routes at our station. Also the CCA’s must be flexible, we cover all shifts from when the regular carriers are on leave or on their sick days. USPS requires their crew to work under very tight daily deadlines. • Manage and maintain all Epson large format printers and Zund digital cutter.
• Continually identify and implement cost saving practices that allowed the department to save significant time and money.
• Put together quotes for all print shop projects to review with owners to determine if we want job to be in house or out source to outside printer(s).

• Supervise the printing, picking and packing of hundreds of product orders for wholesale and retail customers.
• Manage all aspects of inventory control, replenishment and space planning to maximize sales; drive warehouse team to conduct ongoing counts as needed.
• Anticipate inventory needs and demonstrate keen judgement when analyzing inventory data.

• Manage inventory control for three separate warehouses, including but not limited to: hundreds of bulk teas and botanicals in cold storage; packaging pieces; marketing materials, trade show booth structures; and.
• Communicate replenishment needs to Company Owner / Tea Buyer, CFO, Production Manager and Master Tea Blender to maintain adequate fulfillment.
