CurrentI serve our Veterans and their families by assisting them in obtaining meaningful employment and helping them attain the benefits that they have earned from their service. I make it my mission to help those brothers and sisters in arms to live happy, fulfilling, and prosperous lives. As a Career Coordinator, it is my duty to make the Still Serving Veterans name known to all Veterans and transitioning military persons and that we are here to help in any way possible.• Manage client onboarding and scheduling for over 1,000 clients, overseeing administrative and logistical operations for the headquarters office.• Provided career counseling services to veterans and their families, achieving a 90% success rate in facilitating career transitions.• Conducted over 500 hours of employee training on workplace efficiency, supporting team productivity and operational compliance.• Streamlined the client onboarding process, improving efficiency for over 100 clients monthly.• Liaised between the Department of Veterans Affairs and the organization to ensure compliance with VA Education regulations.• Produced and distributed reports for 1200+ clients, meticulously tracking employee progress across the region.• Advised the Project Manager, contributing to seamless client onboarding processes for an average of 120 clients monthly• Managed client calendar and intake, averaging 80 clients weekly
