As the Regional Health and Well-being Manager for the City of Sydney, I drive transformative initiatives to enhance community health and wellbeing through the City of Sydney’s 6 aquatic leisure centres. Overseeing the health and well-being product, my role is centered on four key pillars:Team Professional Development: Empowering health club teams through ongoing training and mentorship.Member Onboarding Program Implementation:Spearheading the development and execution of a dynamic member onboarding program. Crafting personalised journeys to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for new health and well-being members.Digital Gym Solution Integration: Leading the charge in implementing a cutting-edge digital gym solution. Collaborating with technology partners and internal teams to optimise the utilisation of this innovative platform.Health Club-Based Program Growth:Driving the expansion and growth of health club-based programs throughout the region.Identifying strategic partnerships and collaborations to diversify program offerings.

Venue Manager at one of Sydney top performing venues, Snap Fitness 24/7 Zetland. Having a positive impact on sales through managing the process, team training sessions and member retention. Improving the facility standards through regular maintenance and training staff on to complete simple maintenance checks. Improve member retention through the introduction of group fitness classes, improved in venue experience through staff interactions and experience using the facilities.

At B&Q I am a sales assistant so primarily I focused on customer service by engaging with customers and selling the best products for the job they are doing. Along side this I would help in the role out of new floor layouts, cash handling at the checkouts, stock management and pricing of products.

Assist in developing and Coaching Crossfit Fundamentals/classes. Currently developing a youth development programme.

At Belief Fit/Crossfit Killarney my role is to plan and execute exercise classes ranging from TRX, Kettlebells, Crossfit and HIIT. Other duties included cash handling, bookings and maintaining the facility.
