At Wolfgang Puck's original flagship restaurant in Beverly Hills, I attended to a myriad variety of clientele, upholding the highest international standards while maintaining an aura of comfort, patience, and strong personality.Proudly, I sought to establish a peaceful fluidity with my guests when surrounded by a high-octane, militaristic kitchen environment.My duties included mediating advanced requests from guest to kitchen, and vice versa, memorizing preparations, ingredients, and allergies of an award-winning celebrity chef menu that changed daily, as well as the extraordinary wine selection appropriate for any spending habits imaginable. I had an attentive, familial relationship with our regulars, and was often hand-picked to work private events, Hollywood award ceremonies, and private family dinners.Working at Spago was truly one of the greatest jobs of my life, and showed me that when working together with constituents, we have the ability to overcome any challenge and help create experiences that our guests will remember for the rest of their lives.
