At Wolfgang Puck's original flagship restaurant in Beverly Hills, I attended to a myriad variety of clientele, upholding the highest international standards while maintaining an aura of comfort, patience, and strong personality.Proudly, I sought to establish a peaceful fluidity with my guests when surrounded by a high-octane, militaristic kitchen environment.My duties included mediating advanced requests from guest to kitchen, and vice versa, memorizing preparations, ingredients, and allergies of an award-winning celebrity chef menu that changed daily, as well as the extraordinary wine selection appropriate for any spending habits imaginable. I had an attentive, familial relationship with our regulars, and was often hand-picked to work private events, Hollywood award ceremonies, and private family dinners.Working at Spago was truly one of the greatest jobs of my life, and showed me that when working together with constituents, we have the ability to overcome any challenge and help create experiences that our guests will remember for the rest of their lives.

At Harmony Theatre, Stephen managed staff during the workshopping of several theatrical productions per season. He oversaw casting, script development, and directorial duties, making sure each task was met with little setback or reprisal. "We encourage tolerance by producing both established and original works that challenge outmoded ideologies. We support casting that defies traditional ideas about race, gender, sexuality, and religion. We seek to foster in our viewers better understandings of both self and others. With so much discord in the world, we want to bring a little harmony to the masses."

Stephen performed as a seven-foot tall, fourteen-foot long baby tyrannosaurus rex in the unprecedented arena production, "Walking With Dinosaurs." He traveled ahead of the tour with the promotional unit, making appearances in malls, schools, museums, sport events, newsrooms, and award ceremonies. The job required a mastery of puppeteering, animatronics, and peak physical conditioning. The suit weighed one hundred pounds, and was built to move, look, and feel like the real deal. Stephen worked directly alongside theater director and artist Per Brahe in his development of unique performance art based on Balinese theater, dance, and mask work. In 2007 and 2008, he helped create month-long workshops in Bali, titled, "Towards the Ego-Less Theatre," furthering the work of Antonin Artaud and Michael Chekhov in exploring the indigenous theatrical phenomena known as "TAKSU."
