Led Division of up to $10M and 60 employees in adult and child refugee resettlement, immigration legal services, housing, in-home care, and workforce development for the hard to employ, asset building, and social enterprise.

To support social enterprise generation in Mexico and Central America to improve working conditions and mitigate the need to emigrate.

• Building worker-owned green businesses to benefit low income women.
• Planned, implemented, managed, evaluated programs to incubate and support five green residential cleaning businesses
• Increased annual sales 28.5% from ~$2.1M to $2.7M
• Increased client base from 1700 – 2100 via two new business units
• Created 3 websites, two for business units, one for an umbrella association.

• Programs to strengthen and improve the quality of life of Oaxaca's indigenous peoples
• Assisted Director in both program and fund raising initiatives.
• Research, translation, grant writing for major grants received including American Jewish World Service, Oxfam America, European Union
• Interim Executive Director for Niulaá, an organization of 400 indigenous women
• Planned and implemented training to 18 cooperatives in poor zones of Oaxaca.

• Founded and managed this service learning project hosting trips lasting up to 10 days to Africa and Latin America.
• Created all marketing materials directed at target audiences including website creation

• Founded, organized and led the Development Department for the Maryknoll Mission Association, a new 501 (c) 3.
• Achieved all initial three-year goals set by top leadership: increased active donors from 0-4000 and revenues from $0 - $1,500,000.
• Created annual programs and income goals for annual fund, major gifts program, grants program, one concert special event program and oversight of expense budgets.
• Recruited, trained and led staff of 9.
