Connecting Bristol was the partnership I established and led initially to submit Bristol's bid but subsequently to deliver a visionary digital inclusion programme. In this role, I was also a founder member of the national Digital Challenge Network (the DC10) which linked 10 leading UK digital cities with each other and with Government.
