Oversight, creation and management of Master Production Schedules (MPS) for Make-to-Stock and Make-to-Order products across both refrigerated and frozen product groups for all Kawartha Dairy manufactured brands.Schedule raw materials via Microsoft Dynamics MRP, reducing inventory investment while significantly improving manufacturing up-time across Kawartha Dairy production lines. Develop, manage and report on cycle count program over raw material inventories, improving/tracking KPI's such as Inventory Record Accuracy.Oversight of facility wide period end inventories on a monthly basis for all finished goods including scheduling, reconciliations and journal entries. Place purchase orders, follow up, expedite (if needed), communicate any PO revisions, cancellations, and shipping issues with key suppliers. Work with production planning to ensure master production schedule viability. Work with suppliers to ensure uninterrupted supply of materials for various use within the organization.Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for In Stock % and IRA % on key items. Implement Cycle Counts over entire raw material inventory, continually increasing IRA %.Determine requirements for raw materials and resale items, order accordingly while balancing the risk of stock-outs vs. inventory investment and carrying costs.Experience championing Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 implementation on back-end of business.Utilizing Microsoft Dynamics NAV for improved day to day operations.

Prepared documents relating to the calculation of items produced, scrap created, defect rates and materials used.Posted/backflushed work orders to system ensuring accurate records.Communicated with other depot to help ensure smooth flow of resale items required to ensure stock-outs did not take place and inventory rotation was occurring. Corresponded with other departments to resolve any invoice receiving discrepancies, pricing or quality problems.
