Fabric ManagerCurrent roles and responsibilities, Manage a team of fabric engineers carrying out daily PPM’s and reactive maintenance via the onsite Helpdesk. MAC ManagerMove Adds and Changes. Main point of contact for the Chester site for all MAC projects, recently delivered a £500k MAC move within Phase V. I Chair weekly Monday meetings to all the vendors to plan existing and future moves. Also chair weekly Friday meetings to the business (Bank and CBRE) updating on existing and future MAC works. Compile a ROM for all MAC works submitting to the bank for approval. Plan and execute the MAC works with all vendors, which include the direct bank vendors. Main works are furniture alterations, new builds, electrical works, small amounts of fabric including decoration, Redstone (Data and Communication), HP (Desktop PC’s).
