I lead a team that helps companies get the best from their people, and assists individuals to succeed, in authentic selling, leadership, engagement, presentation, and communication skills. I am able to do this by being a franchisee with Dale Carnegie Training as well as a Master Trainer, and have been fortunate to have worked in-person with clients in over 40 cities in 15 countries on 5 continents, and "virtually everywhere".Our team partners with clients to create their L&D and Sales Enablement strategy, and to deliver customized corporate training programs. Our current client partnerships include TikTok, Indeed, Glassdoor, Red Bull, BNP Paribas, Sompo, and Macquarie. I've also worked with AIG, Ogilvy, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, Nestle Purina, Amex, and many small to medium companies. I'm passionate about helping charities, and have partnered with organizations including the SF Marin Food Bank, American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, and the Doe Fund to help develop their leadership teams.I also develop Dale Carnegie trainers, and to date have certified Trainers from 12 countries across 4 continents. I joined the London office of Dale Carnegie in early 2002, as a Business Consultant and Head of Marketing. I qualified as a Dale Carnegie Trainer in 2003. I moved back to my home country Australia in January 2006, to launch the newly established office in Sydney. In 2007, I took on a Master Trainer role, delivering programs throughout Australia and Asia. I relocated to New York City in mid-2009 where I managed global clients until becoming a franchisee within the Dale Carnegie network in March 2022.I spent several years as part of an NYC-based Improv Comedy team, where the skills learned impact how I facilitate training. I enjoy basketball and experiencing new cultures and locations. I'm Australian, and currently live in Brooklyn.
