Steve's transactional, regulatory, compliance and litigation practice focuses on environmental, energy, public utility and climate change law. He has more than 25 years of experience on environmental and energy matters, including representing broad spectrum of renewable energy project developers (offshore wind, solar PV, battery storage, geothermal), regulated electric and natural gas utilities and competitive wholesale and retail energy companies. He advises clients on transactional due diligence and contractual matters and environmental compliance, including regulatory and environmental aspects of M&A transactions.
