Interacts.ai is revolutionizing the sales and customer service landscape, and I had the privilege of playing a key role in its development.My Role: UI Lead & Innovation ChampionMy responsibilities transcended UI design. I spearheaded the entire UI journey from scratch, from wireframing and initial design to incorporating feedback and iterating for optimal user experience. This role seamlessly integrated product innovation, project management, sales strategy execution, and digital marketing leadership. My mission was to position Interacts.ai as the frontrunner in AI-driven customer engagement technologies.Single-handedly Owned the UI ProcessAs the lead UI designer, I wore many hats. I meticulously crafted the UI, ensuring it was not just visually appealing but also intuitive and user-friendly. This involved:Wireframing: Constructing the skeletal framework of the UI to define the information architecture and user flow.Design: Bringing the UI to life with a focus on usability and user experience best practices.Feedback & Iteration: Actively soliciting feedback from stakeholders and users, and iterating on the design based on their insights.The ImpactMy contribution played a vital role in shaping Interacts.ai's user interface, laying the foundation for a powerful and user-centric customer engagement platform. A remote internship to keep building connections.

This internship included training and bootcamp that spanned for two months, which had a huge role to play in strengthening my design journey. Collaboration was a key factor as I worked with different people from different fields in tech and product ranging from product managers to developers and Quality Assurance developers.
