As an Assistant Project Manager at Highland Enterprises Inc., I managed multiple contracting projects in New Mexico, where I demonstrated my leadership, planning, budgeting, and time management skills. I worked well with both upper management and the construction crews, and ensured the quality and timely delivery of the projects. I also facilitated the communication and coordination among the stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers.Before becoming a project manager, I was a co-owner and operator of a fencing company for over 22 years, where I handled all the administrative duties, such as travel arrangements, invoicing, payroll, and customer service. I also have a Bachelor's degree in Education from West Texas A&M University, and I taught various subjects and levels for more than 20 years. I mentored many teachers, coached several sports teams, and served as the department head for social studies.
