Coordinated uniform distribution, annual training for new and returning employees, employee credentials at both Heinz Field and Steelers Training Camp facilities, and supervision for all part-time event employees.• Assumed roles and responsibilities of administrative positions as needed at Steelers South Side facility. Ensured that daily activities were not interrupted due to lack of staff.• Served as interim Heinz Field tour coordinator managing all communication relating to Guest Services and Tours. Responded to customer inquiries, met with the Guest Services and Tours Coordinator and the Event Operations team to schedule appointments, manage personnel scheduling, and coordinate resources for tours of Heinz Field facilities.
