Category Plan Development & Execution:* Establishing, leading/facilitating and supporting cross functional category management teams to develop and maintain category plans and ongoing category performance* Developing spend/performance and external market analyses to monitor category performance and identify performance improvement opportunities.* Developing spend and savings/performance improvement forecasts to monitor progress and ensure goals are achieved* Collaborating with stakeholder groups to develop consensus on the appropriate category plans and priorities* Establishing, leading/facilitating and supporting cross functional strategic sourcing/performance improvement teams as needed/prescribed by category plans to achieve savings and performance targets (e.g. reduce cost, improve quality and result in a lower total cost of ownership, meeting supplier diversity goals)* Leading negotiations with suppliers as needed* Maintain critical supplier agreements including renewals, negotiation of terms, issue identification, tracking and resolution Supplier Management:* Maintain supplier segmentation to identify critical suppliers and facilitate management of critical supplier relationships.* Managing supplier relationships including conducting Quarterly Business Reviews with critical suppliers and NiSource Executive Sponsors Stakeholder Management:* Engage and manage stakeholders impacted by their respective expenditure categories.* Developing successful partnerships with key stakeholders / business partners to achieve desired results* Developing and managing cross-functional category management and strategic sourcing teams as needed* Collaborating with stakeholders to drive needed decisions to achieve desired results

• Concentrated in Fuel Handling Machines, Cranes, Valves, Reactor Coolant Pump Motors & Auxiliary Motors. • Lead formulation of procurement and materials strategy, solicitation of quotations, analyzing contract proposals, risk assessment, negotiating pricing, delivery, and terms for materials, equipment, components and services for assigned commodities, spend areas and product groups.• Support Supply Chain Program Manager in formation and execution of sourcing and materials strategies and best practices. Integrate with business goals to track and assure continuous improvement in key performance metrics.• Build strong,value-adding relationships with supply management teams and/or plant cross-functional departments to strengthen sourcing and materials management effectiveness. Work with Contracts and Legal personnel in formulation of procurement/contractual Terms and Conditions.• Manage Supplier Relationships, maintain good working relationships with existing vendors. Assist with disputes, including schedule and quality issues resolution.• Plan and lead all assigned Procurement Plans and supplier negotiation strategies.• Participate in teams to assure effective involvement of Engineering, Business Development, Operations and all other related functions with focus on on-time delivery, quality, cost reduction, inventory management & appropriate translation of customer and/or business unitrequirements.• Conduct risk management analysis of selected suppliers taking into account material costing trends and capacity constraints.

Responsible for soliciting quotations and analyzing contract proposals while leading formulation of strategy and negotiation of pricing, delivery, terms and conditions to satisfy requirements for highly complex and specialized materials, equipment, components and services, planning, developing and implementing global procurement and purchasing resale strategies to maximize sales, billing and margins while minimizing risk, along with related tasks.

• Assistant to the Events Operation Coordinator. Planned and executed of all stadium events. Developed plans and mapped layout of facilities assessed personnel needs, coordinated and managed execution by the stadium operations team. Directed outside vendors on event days to ensure expedited event set up to successfully meet all event timetables.• Managed part-time game-day/special event employee activities. Coordinated uniform distribution, annual training for new and returning employees, employee credentials at both Heinz Field and Steelers Training Camp facilities, and supervision for all part-time event employees.• Assumed roles and responsibilities of administrative positions as needed at Steelers South Side facility. Ensured that daily activities were not interrupted due to lack of staff.• Served as interim Heinz Field tour coordinator managing all communication relating to Guest Services and Tours. Responded to customer inquiries, met with the Guest Services and Tours Coordinator and the Event Operations team to schedule appointments, manage personnel scheduling, and coordinate resources for tours of Heinz Field facilities.
