Stephen received a bachelor's degree in Decision Sciences and Computers from Rider University and a master's degree in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University. He is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Course and attended executive training at the Darden School of Business. In his spare time, Stephen serves as: President of The National Military Intelligence Foundation (NMIF) 501c(3); member of the Industry Advisory Council of American Military University/American Public University; and member of the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Atlantic Highly Migratory Species (HMS) Advisory Panel (AP). He is an avid genealogist and a serious inshore and offshore salt water fisherman.
