I worked with a small team of direct reports and peers in other functional areas to develop a training curriculum for collectors, a registration and billing framework to ensure compensation for services, and a sales & marketing program to reestablish relationships with vendors and employer clients. I oversaw Occupational Medicine in 26 locations in NJ, 3 in CT. I worked with regional operations and medical leadership to expand our portfolio of services, initiated contracting to be ratified by senior leadership, and streamlined processes and workflows to improve day to day performance.
